RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Shop Schea, we want you to feel confident and obsessed with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store Credit (Gift Card)
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we’re happy to offer you store credit in the form of a gift card so you can find something you truly love

To be eligible for store credit:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags must still be attached

Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued a gift card via email for the value of your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
